Maingate Preferred Solutions is a full service supplier that provides our customers protection against non-conforming and process related issues. Our goal is to assure confidence that the product being used at our customer's location will meet their criteria. Below is the sample workflow procedures that we apply to most of our solutions. Keep in mind that the process is usually fully customized for each and every client.

INSPECTION

Our inspection services are comprehensive in scope. We can help with everything from visual checks to product certification. This service can be performed at our location, our customer's location or at their customer's facility. Local or out of state travel is no problem for our qualified associates.

SORTING

Customer products can be routed to our facility or we can dispatch our qualified inspectors to any location in rapid time.

REWORK

Sometimes a non-conforming part can be used if it is modified or reworked. We are qualified to perform a rework process to your exact requirements and specifications.

TEAR DOWN

Defective parts with valuable components sometimes need to be torn down to salvage reusable parts. We have experience in this process to effectively tear down and provide valuable parts back to our customers.

RE-PACKAGING

Our customers requirements may need various component parts packaged in separate containers. This packaging job requires fast and efficient processing. We provide this service with accuracy and quality control packaging.

DEFECTIVE ANALYSIS

We analyze defective product and warranty returns to determine root cause and provide a sound course of corrective action.

ASSEMBLY

We save money, manpower resources and efficiency for our customer, when they use our assembly services. These services can be performed at the customer location or at our facility.

SPECIAL NON-STANDARD OPERATIONS

When a special operation exists that is not normal to a process, we find solutions that can save our customer's time and money. This function can be performed at our facility or the customer's location.

THIRD PARTY CONTAINMENT

We can detect and stop the flow of non-conforming part rapidly. Our track record shows immediate response to containment and timely reporting that can help our customers to get product ready for fast and effective shipment without disruption to their process.

TRANSPORTATION

Pickup and delivery is available to any off site work facility.

REPRESENTATION

We can provide a Quality Resident Engineer at your facility, or at your customers location to assure quality standards are met.
